Terms of service.

By registering for the Event, you verify that you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All prices listed are before tax and all payments are due with the registration form and are non-refundable.

A valid copy of the Blood-Borne Pathogens Certificate must be submitted with the

application no later than two weeks before the Event. All artists are expected to follow safe

practices and respect one another. Any artist not complying with Department of Health

guidelines or causing a disturbance will be asked to leave, and no refund will be issued.

It is a violation of New York State Penal Law to tattoo minors under the age of 18, regardless

of parental consent. All individuals must provide a valid government-issued photo ID and

complete a release form before receiving a tattoo.

This Event is an invitation-only show; only invited registered artists/vendors are allowed to

participate. Any vendor not registered with the Organizer is prohibited from working the Event.

If an unregistered artist is found working at the event, they and the artist whose place was

shared will be immediately removed from the venue and banned indefinitely.

Each booth supports up to two tattoo artists working simultaneously.

8’ x 10’ booth includes pipe and drape booth, 8’x30” and 6’x18” covered tables, four chairs,

electricity, one garbage pail, banner hooks, three vendor badges, and three weekend passes.

The 8’ x 6’ Vendor booth includes an 8’ x 6’’ pipe and drape booth, an 8’x30” covered table,

two chairs, electricity, a garbage pail, banner hooks, one vendor badge, and two weekend

passes.

For tattoo vendors: The Organizer will provide two rolls of paper towels, one gallon of

distilled water, release forms, care instructions, and a sharps container for proper needle

disposal. All artists can access a photocopy machine, stencil machine, and stencil paper. An

autoclave sterilizer will not be provided. All items, rules, and regulations will apply if securing

more than one booth.

Wristbands must be worn at all times. Lost wristbands will not be replaced.

Organizer reserves the right to refuse and refund any vendor application.

All guests, clients, and friends of vendors must pay for admission.

If the event is canceled due to venue circumstances, an act of God, or a natural disaster,

registration fees will be applied to the rescheduled event.

Working after hours is forbidden. Any vendor working past will be subject to a penalty of

$450 per hour.

The vendor agrees to set up and break down only during the designated time and to occupy

the space they are assigned at least one hour before the start of the Event. Suppose the

Vendor is absent after one hour of the starting time. In that case, the Organizer can fill or

relocate the space without releasing the Vendor from any other terms of this agreement or

entitling the Vendor to any refund.

The Registration Form must list items to be advertised or sold in the exhibit space. Items to

be advertised or sold should be appropriate for this Event.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse exhibit space at its discretion.

This is an event for all ages. Materials with adult content will only be allowed at the

discretion of the Organizer, who reserves the right to remove any questionable items. No

pornographic content will be allowed.

The vendor abides by all local tax laws and payments for Dutchess County, New York.

Liability: Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Organizer, sponsors, owners, the

Mid-Hudson Civic Center, the County of Dutchess, and their respective officers, agents, and

employees against all claims, losses, suits, damages, judgments, expenses, costs (including,

without limitation, reasonable legal fees) and charges of every kind arising out of or resulting

from its execution of this License or its occupancy of the space herein contracted for by

reason of personal injuries, death, property damages or any other cause sustained by any

persons or others. Organizer shall not be responsible for loss or damage to displays or goods

belonging to Vendor, whether resulting from fire, storms, Acts of God, air conditioning or

heating failure, theft, pilferage, mysterious disappearance, bomb threats, or other causes. All

such items brought to the Event are displayed at the Vendor’s own risk and should be

safeguarded at all times. The Organizer will provide the services of a reputable security

agency during installation, show, and dismantling. The Vendor agrees that such services

constitute an adequate discharge of all obligations of the Organizer to supervise and protect

the Vendor’s property within the Event. Vendor agrees that Organizer shall not be liable in the

event of any errors or omissions in Vendor’s Official Directory listings or any promotional

material. The Organizer makes no representations or warranties concerning the number of

event attendees or the demographic nature of such attendees.
